Since 1980, Otto's Monuments has been helping families throughout Central Illinois create lasting tributes that honor the lives and memories of their loved ones. As a family-owned and operated business based in Chillicothe, we understand that choosing a memorial is a deeply personal decision. It was an absolute pleasure to work with this company. Debbie was prompt, thoughtful, and just treated the whole experience with such care and sensitivity. Designing and purchasing a memorial for a loved one can be a difficult and emotional task, and doing it long distance makes it even more challenging. I live a few hours away, but the process of creating the design and getting it installed was so smooth! Took about 5-6 months in total, which is much faster than the reviews I saw for other companies. When the stone was installed, I received a personalized thank you note in the mail with a photo of the stone in the ground so I could see it even though I live out of town. I was so touched and would highly recommend Otto’s to anyone.
